Judith Goldberg

Commissioner Judith Goldberg was elected to the office of Commissioner on March 14, 2023, to serve an unexpired term ending March 19, 2024.

Judith has a varied and extensive professional background. Her skills and background as a lawyer, mediator and businessperson demonstrates her achievements and professional acumen highlighting her skills in collaboration, analysis, leadership, and consensus builder.

Judith graduated Pace Law School receiving her Juris Doctorate Degree, Cum Laude, and was admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut, and the United States Supreme Court. For over 30 years Judith was the principal senior litigation attorney for her law firm and served as Town Attorney in her prior hometown of Patterson, New York.  Judith incorporated Mediation Services for her clients in Connecticut and Florida and today maintains offices in Boca Raton. Her entrepreneurial successes, separate from the establishment of her successful law practice, are the ownership and operation of a resort ranch hotel in Ulster County, New York with her spouse.

Judith has been in Highland Beach since 2012, and has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of Seagate of Highland Beach.  Her daughter resides in Virginia. Her personal interests include Ballroom and Latin dancing, travel, golf, and living the life she loves in Highland Beach.
