Evalyn David

Commissioner Evalyn David was reelected to the office of Commissioner in March of 2022.

She graduated from New York University with a BS degree and went on to earn a Law Degree from Seton Hall Law School graduating Cum laude. She then decided to pursue her interest in financial planning and to specialize in taxation earning her Master of Law Degree at New York University Law School. Commissioner David's specialty is in Trust and Estate Planning and her professional career was in the Banking and Legal Industries.

Prior to her retirement and moving to Highland Beach in 2008, she enjoyed a successful private practice assisting families with their estate, trust and tax plans. After coming to Highland Beach, she was fortunate to become a member of the Braemer Isle Board of Directors where she continues to serve for more than 8 years.

Her and her husband are fortunate to have two wonderful children, Matthew who is here in South Florida and Alyssa in New York. Her personal interests include but are not limited: baking, wine education, exploring new challenges and lending a helping hand.
